Seit recently updated its textile bridge laser machines with improvements that increase production speed, improve safety, allow for more precise cutting and offer a larger cutting area.
The new SL-10 series has a CAN-BUS controller that simplifies communication between the laser and related devices such as the security scanner, laser head, and laser source. It offers real-time control and monitoring of the main components.
The new active security system offers two security scanners that operate horizontally to cover the front, the sides and even part of the back of the machines.
The new highly efficient patented exhausting system is built into a rigid pipe mounted on the bridge. The straight shape reduces turbulence and increases suction. The programmable logic controller controls the amount of suction during use and reduces power consumption when idle.
The SL-10 can be mounted closer to your embroidery equipment resulting in improved cutting parameters. With the optional 3-D Scan head a 500mm x 500mm field can be cut or etched in a single firing of the laser. The new 3-D Scan head is approximately 35% faster than the fixed model.
In addition to the new hardware features Seit now offers an innovative patented cap laser system. This is a first in bridge laser technology.
