32 Chapter 3 How to Perform Embroidery 3 Here's how to set the orientation of the design and the embroidery start point. 1. The Frame Position Setting screen is displayed. 3.2.3 Setting the orientation of the design and the start point When embroidering a cap (as a finished product) using cap frame, select (180°). This is because, when using a cap, it is mounted upside down on the machine. When you are using a design that has already been rotated, there's no need to change the orientation of the design. You should try to select a place for the start position that allows for easy alignment of the frame.
