When some message is written for the design (****.TCF), the below screen will be displayed.
To write the message into the design data (****.TCF), DG/ML by Pulse is necessary.
Besides, when the data of the design (****.TCF) in which the message is written is set, if i key is
pressed, the detail of the message can be checked.
