This function will improve finish of sewing even in case of using badly passing thread (the tinsel, the thick
thread) or loosely twisted thread. (Conventional ratio)(p.225)

The following is an example of making FS mode Lock effective.
(1) To set to main screen
(2) To press B key while pressing SET
(3) To press B key
(4) To make FS mode Lock effective
YES: Make FS mode Lock effective.
NO: Disable FS mode Lock.
