Requirements to Get your Install Scheduled brother You Must Complete these Initial PreInstall Modules Inside Brother Academy. Failure to have them showing a completed status means that our staff will need to ask you to complete them before we schedule a technician onsite to install and train you on the equipment. Which classes are these specifically? PreInstall1: Before the Equipment Arrives - Deals with letting you know all the supplies that you will need to have on hand the day of the install when the tech arrives. Things like a computer with spec requirements are listed in this course. Everything from additional purchase items to get the most out of your printer to order extra consumables and garment blanks. - Having these items means the LMS installation process will flow smoothly and that you will be printing sooner and asking questions that matter about your own internal process. - Having Artwork prepared ahead of time. Our LMS also contains courses about how to prep artwork for use with the printer. We offer either Adobe Photoshop or Corel on basic items. The preinstall course only touches on those base items. PreInstall2: When the Equipment Arrives -This course goes over unboxing and what you need to keep with the printer as well as how to move the printer inside or how to use a move kit. -It will be required that the Stands are built for your equipment and that the Equipment (Printer/Heat Press/Pretreat Machine) will be placed on the stands where you want them to be at. -This course deals with getting equipment stands built and moving equipment into the area where work will be performed.
