Improves sewing quality with a variety of thread types by utilizing an easily adjustable tension device located close to the needle. Prevents thread pull-out during color change, trimming, frame movement and when head is not in use. When the operation is stopped during applique embroidery, for example, and the frame is moved manually, the offset lamp on the tension base lights up in blue. If an abnormality is detected on any head, the maintenance lamp of the problem head lights up in yellow. *New for TMAR-KC* Steeper Tilt Head Angle at back of needle case, plus Tajima's specially engineered upper thread hook, ensure top quality cap embroidery all the way to the edge of the bill. Tajima's ultra strength tubular arms lock the frames firmly in place and prevent any distortion of embroidery, allowing for small, precise lettering and intricate stitching with exact registration. Needle bar stroke is 47mm for smoother operation and more accurate and precise stitching at high speeds on thicker fabrics - such as cold weather gear, double layered goods, floor mats, nylon bags, wool products, heavy cap seams and more. All M Series/TMAR-KC multihead machines have thumbscrews for easy change from cap to tubular operation with no tools required, allowing one person to easily change it over in minutes. AC Servo pulse motor closed system utilizes electronic feedback to improve accuracy of sewing, even during high speed operation to within .001mm.
