4) Click a shape to select it, and click Apply.
You see the lettering altered accordingly.
Colors
When a text object is selected, you can press the thread change
button to open the thread gallery dialog, and change the color of the
selected text. The current color (or colors, if it is a multi-color text
object) of the selected text will be displayed in the drop-down list to the
left of the thread change button.
