Selecting the Hoop
Viewing the hoop or frame on the screen helps you ensure that your
design fits properly when you run it on the machine. The image of the
hoop that is displayed in the workspace window serves as a guide for
sizing and positioning your design.
Autograph Writer comes with many pre-loaded hoop preview images,
in a wide range of shapes and sizes.
To choose the hoop:
1 Ensure that the hoop will be visible by clicking the Hoop
button on the toolbar.
2 Right-click the Hoop button, and click Select Hoop in the menu that
appears
You see the Select a Hoop dialog.
3 Select one of the hoop categories from the drop-down list (e.g.,
Cap, Round, etc.).
Vertical Center: All selected objects are moved so that they are
centered top-to-bottom with respect to each other, but are not
moved left or right.
Center: All selected objects will be centered in the workspace
window.
Flip Horizontally: Flips one or more selected objects horizontally.
Flip Vertically: Flips one or more selected objects vertically.
Send to back: The selected object is moved behind all the other
object in the design.
Bring to front: The selected object is moved up to the front of the
design.
