Multi-Head Embroidery Multi-head embroidery machines operate in the same manner as a single head with the exception that there are more heads running simultaneously. With a 4 head, you will output roughly 4 pieces in the time it takes to output 1 piece on a single head. If you average order is expected to be 72 pieces, you would never be profitable with a single head and would be wise to consider a 6 or 8 head machine. Depending upon your business model, two 4 heads might be a better solution than a single 8 head. One of our Embroidery Sales Professionals can help you determine the right machine for you.
