the needle penetrations are too close together, the result is a large hole rather than a stitch. So don't be surprised when the Digitizer tells you that some details are not practical. Finally, find a Digitizer that you are comfortable with. There will be situations where a design doesn't sew properly on your machine. Before blaming the Digitizer discuss it with him. It may very well be that the problem is on your end. A good Digitizer will help you troubleshoot the problem the correct way and will offer you advice along the way. Even though he is a separate business entity, you will have a certain amount of dependence on him, so the relationship is important for both of you. Regardless of what you decide to offer in-house in the way of embroidery design creation, there are plenty of options for you to consider. There are Embroiderers who start out with digitizing capabilities from day one and others who never bring it in-house.
