P.4-19 [Waste Ink Tank] • When the power switch is turned off, check the waste ink tank. • After all manual maintenance is performed and the specified time has elapsed, automatic main- tenance will start. • When using this auto maintenance function, always confirm that maintenance liquid is loaded. Tube/nozzle cleaning cannot be per- formed unless maintenance liquid is loaded. This poses a risk of clogging the channel and head nozzles. • Hard cleaning is performed to wash the nozzles (approx. 33 ml of ink is consumed each time). Note that if this cleaning cannot be performed (such as when there is not enough ink), only the tube is cleaned, and nozzle washing will not take place. • The default settings are "48h" for washing inter- val time of the nozzle and "1min" for leaving time. The recommended value is 1 minute.
